In her final months, Pheenie was placed in a permanent foster program tailored to her extensive medical needs. She spent five blissful months on a sprawling farm with her foster family, where she experienced joy, comfort, and affection—luxuries she had never known.

Her final days were a poignant testament to the resilience of the canine spirit and the transformative power of compassion. Pheenie passed away peacefully due to old age, surrounded by those who cherished her. Her memory serves as a touching reminder of the difference kindness can make in the life of a suffering animal.
