A 12-year-old girl has told a magistrate court in Port Harcourt that she agreed to let one Alfred Chikere, a middle-aged man to have sex with her, HGS Media Plus.
Alfred was said to have abducted the 12-year-old girl in his house for one month before the parents of the girl lunched a search.
The suspects was charged with two counts of abduction and defilement and is to be prosecuted under Section 361 of the Criminal code of the Rivers State Laws.

The 12-year-old girl was also detained in a remand home for agreeing to the suspect’s sexual advances.
It was reveal to the court by a prosecutor, ASP Omorujia that Alfred abducted the girl as a virgin before he deflowered her all through the one month stay in his house.

According to the girl, she told the court that she agreed to the suspect’s sexual advances because she like sex.
The case is said to be adjourned to April 20, 2021 for hearing.
