Artist Ilham is coming with a new effort.

New York-bred singer Ilham returns to share her newest With Time effort after teasing us with a two-song pack, a seven-track offering that follows up on last year’s 41-10 project and effectively uses a soulful new voice that emerges from the Empire State.

“I’m definitely writing about my own experiences, but I’m taking the approach of a director when I’m writing,” Ilham told Hypebaeahead of WIth Time’s arrival.

“This means I’m going to take a situation I’ve experienced and built it into a piece that most people can relate to.

Many people think my music is about heartbreak, but that’s definitely not the case. I’m mostly talking about dissolved relationships with friends or heartbreaks of other people. I’m just trying to change the perspective and write it so that people can relate it to any kind of rel.
