Cinematic symphonic metal artist Max Enix is proud to announce that he has signed a worldwide deal with WormholeDeath Records. The deal covers his upcoming double album “Far From Home”, which is set to be released on June 9th, 2023. “Far From Home” is a fusion of progressive-symphonic-post rock/metal, film score with diverse elements of world/New Age, Hip hop, Jazz, international variety, and others (Avant Garde never heard before). The album is inspired by Max Enix’s personal journey of self-discovery and exploration of different musical genres and cultures. The album features the Budapest Symphony Orchestra, as well as guest musicians such as Vikram Shankar on piano/keyboards and Xavier Boscher on guitars. The album was mixed by David Castillo at Studio Grondahl in Stockholm, Sweden, and mastered by Tony Lindgren at Fascination Street Studios in Orebro, Sweden. The booklet illustrations/conception/artwork was done by Thomas Ewerhard. Max Enix says: “It’s a true honor to be in the WormHoledeath Family, one of the best labels in the world for the rock, metal, Avant-garde, and fusion scene! A killer partnership for the years to come and far more! The ambition is gigantic! I am very proud to announce that I have signed a worldwide deal with WormholeDeath Records. They have been very supportive and enthusiastic about my music and vision. I can’t wait to share my double album “Far From Home” with the world. It’s a unique and epic musical journey that will take you to places you’ve never been before.” Carlo Bellotti, CEO of WormholeDeath Records says: “We are thrilled to welcome Max Enix to our roster. He is a talented and versatile artist who has created a masterpiece of symphonic metal with “Far From Home”. We are looking forward to working with him and helping him reach a wider audience.” Max Enix’s music is original, innovative, and captivating, appealing to fans of Devin Townsend, Dream Theater, Hans Zimmer, Pain of Salvation, Opeth, Ayreon, Enigma, Era, Therion, Nightwish, Rhapsody, Pink Floyd, Freddie Mercury, David Bowie, Katatonia, Empyrium, Arcturus and many many others.
