Vanderpump Rules is a reality TV series on the Bravo Network. The series follows the lives of the servers and bartenders at a trendy Restaurant and lounge in Hollywood California. It has been called the “best show on TV” by a number of critics and has a huge following.

Season 7

• S7 – Episode 1 – A Decent Proposal – In this episode: The white Kanye insults Brittany, Jax threatens to kill him; several cast member lose family; Scheana gets dumped; Stassi has a new Beau; Tom and Tom are still struggling to be businessmen; Brittany hooked up while on a break with Jax; Stassi can’t keep a secret; the boys go ring shopping; Jax proposes to Brittany.
• S7 – Episode 2 – Hope and Pride – In this episode, the cast celebrates Pride Day. Kristen plans another takedown of James, using her friend Hope who claims to have slept with James many times. As the city celebrates, the drama unfolds and James Kennedy spirals further out of control.
• S7 – Episode 7: Girls Night In – The show starts of at Brunch with Billie. Katie and Kristen show up and Billie decides to confront the mean girls. Stassi launches an official holiday called OOTD, Outfit of the Day. Stassi is still struggling under her mom’s pressure, but Beau helps her cope. She hosts a kickoff party and the whole gang shows up. The mean girls regroup and chat about their plans for a “Girl’s Night In” to counteract “See You Next Tuesday”. Katie and Kristen are baffled that LaLa plans to visit James at the studio instead of coming to their party.

Vanderpump Rules: Filming Location

The show is filmed primarily in Hollywood, California. The primary filming location is the restaurant where most of the cast members work. The restaurant is called SUR, which is an acronym for Sexy Unique Restaurant.

About the SUR Restaurant

SUR is owned jointly by two couples. Guillermo Zapata ran SUR for about ten years. Guillermo met his wife, Nathalie, in the restaurant in 2001. Nathalie joined her husband in running the restaurant. In 2005, the met Lisa Vanderpump Todd and Ken Todd, a British couple who owned 10 restaurants and bars in London. The two couples joined forces to take the restaurant to the next level.

Theme Song

The show’s theme song is “Raise Your Glass”, written and performed by Dena Deadly. Raise Your Glass and is arguably the best theme song for any of Bravo’s reality TV shows. Only Southern Charm’s “It’s Easy” by Mia Sable comes close.

Facts and Trivia

Following is a list of little-known facts and trivia about the show and its cast members.

• Stassi was on season 8 of The Amazing Race. She competed with her family. The family was eliminated after the fourth leg of the competition.
