It’s always fun to look in the rearview mirror and poll the team on our favourites of the last year. To all our clients – thank you for placing your trust in us, and here’s to another eventful year in 2019!

• • A client kick-off event for attendees from throughout the Americas, hosted in Lake Louise. With much of the audience having their first ever experience in Canada, the Rockies provided the perfect backdrop for sleigh rides along the frozen lake meandering through trails in softly falling snow.

• • The history and tradition of Fenway Park served as the quintessential Boston experience for an evening event at a client’s annual customer conference.

• • When in San Antonio –there’s no other way to celebrate than in a Texas style evening event at Knibbe Ranch. An outdoor grill, barn dances, a photo opp upon a longhorn steer, bull rides and armadillo races — because its Texas!

• • Who doesn’t love a little fun and glitz? We glammed up a Gala for a sales kick-off with faux fur throws on chairs for our winter wonderland themed event, which also featured a snow globe photo booth, ice luge bar and ice sculpture centerpieces.

• • Our favourite stage of the year was letting our imaginations run wild with what we could create on LED screens. The vertical screen approach was the perfect way to bring a client’s brand to life.

• • We love it when we can take a traditional conference center space and turn it into a playground. Which is exactly how we transformed the MTCC for a customer event, complete with a community garden, while adding a little whimsy with swings for an ask the experts and networking area.

• • And because we couldn’t decide our favourite stage design. The beautifully branded creation in Houston for a global customer conference with over 1000 attendees, was a showstopper as attendees entered the room.

• • We raised a pint in Dublin at Guinness Storehouse, hosting an evening event for 500 delegates attending a global conference for an unforgettable Irish evening.

• • Finally, we couldn’t have done it without this team of event professionals who service our clients with pride!
