After months of leaks and rumours, Huawei has finally unveiled its first folding phone, The HUAWEI MATE X™. Priced at 2,399 Euros this is the second folding phone that has been released after the SAMSUNG Fold. This phone is set to be out in the market in the "Middle of 2019".
The Huawei Mate x has an 8-inch OLED wraparound tablet display when open, and when folded has a 6.6-inch display. In folded condition, The phone is about 11mm thick. The 6.6 main inch display has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and has 24801148 pixels hen folded. In unfolded condition, The 8-inch display has an aspect ratio of 8:7.1 and 2480x2200 pixel resolution in the unfolded state. The Phone comes powered by Huawei’s Kirin 980 processor and is backed by a 4500 mAh Battery, The phone houses dual sim card slots and users can add Huawei Nano memory cards. The smartphone ships with a super fast 55W charger and claims to be 600% faster than Apples most expensive phone, the iPhone XS Max.
