Rob Burlinson’s New Tune For Boo The Boot

Independent recording artist Rob Burlinson has teamed up with a unique new educational brand on his latest single. The Sunderland, UK-based singer-songwriter is a lifelong musician who made his international solo recording debut in 2017. His sound blends soulful storytelling with radio-ready pop melodies.

In March, Rob Burlinson introduced a brand new collaboration with the folks at bootheboot.com. The site tells the story of ‘Boo the Boot’, a cartoon shoe who plays soccer for his hometown team. BOOT-OPIA is a city populated by soccer boots and shoes. They are all part of the forthcoming global launch of a brand designed to provide accessible and innovative soccer education tools for children.

“Boo & the United Laces” is the brand new single from Rob Burlinson, released worldwide via all major streaming services on March 22, 2024. Joined by collaborator Steven Dorward and the singer’s own father Rob Burlinson Senior, Rob packs a lot of hooks into the expertly executed and infectiously catchy 60-second alt-pop bop. To be included on the forthcoming soundtrack, the tune serves as the theme song for our hero, Boo the Boot. He’s a great player, but he just can’t figure out how to tie his flopping laces.
