Attiph is the new solo project from UK-based composer and multi-instrumentalist producer, Michael Gray.  The London native is a twenty-year veteran of countless live and recorded musical projects. When not creating his own music, Michael works commercially as a music-producer for London-based artists and businesses.

Recently, the prolific producer and songwriter set out on an ambitious new creative solo project. Armed with an arsenal of instruments and his home recording studio, he set out to document his life experiences in a musical portrait painted in hues of flamenco, tropical house, Arabic trance. Last week he dropped the first single from the forthcoming Attiph debut, Waves.

“Aerial” is the brand new single from Attiph, released worldwide via all major streaming services on March 25, 2024. Ambient synths and electric guitar set the scene open the track on an ethereal post-rock vibe. A lead guitar and saxophone trade blues licks as the beat drops on a chilled trip-hop groove and piano arpeggios and haunting vocal harmonies color the edges of the mix.
