Dyana Cannon Drops New Summer Love Song

Dyana Cannon is a veteran recording artist based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She made her solo debut in 2018 with the album Shine. That record introduced a multi-talented singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist with a penchant for adult contemporary ballads.

A remarkably prolific performer has dropped seven albums and a handful of singles since her debut. Prior to going solo, Dyana Cannon was the lead singer of Philadelphia band Knowlton Point and Upstate New York’s Beautiful Strange. The singer’s YouTube channel is her showcase for this rich musical legacy.

“It Shouldn’t Happen” is the new single from Dyana Cannon, available worldwide via all major streaming services. An acoustic ensemble opens the tune on a smooth Country waltz. Strings expand the soundscape as the singer steps to the mic. Painting the edges of the mix with pristine vocal harmonies, she delivers a heartfelt and hopeful ‘us-against-the-world’ love song.

Check out “It Shouldn’t Happen” below. The song was produced at Jamland Studio by Earl Wilt and by Nashville Producer Christian Stalnecker of Slydoggie Productions.
