Julian King Drops New Single ‘Hoodie’

He has warmed up for the iconic Mary J. Blige and sang backup vocals for John Legend. An alumnus of NBC’s The Voice, he was a runner-up in Billboard and Samsung’s NXT 2.0, with his grand finale performance video garnering over 1.3 million YouTube views, and was even nominated for a Daytime Emmy for his “All Boys Aren’t Blue” theme song. As a black, Japanese, and queer man, his music is inspired by his communities.
