MasaHY is an independent electronic music producer based in Tokyo, Japan. He made his solo recording debut in 2021 with the album The Art of Soundscape. After working the club scene as a DJ for fifteen years, the eclectic beatmaker developed his signature sound, inspired by 90’s hip-hop, dancehall reggae, dance Classics and jazz fusion.

Since his debut, the prolific producer has released an EP, an LP, and more than a dozen singles. He has connected with hundreds of thousands of fans worldwide on popular tracks like “Get to Know You” and “Easy Does It”. On his latest release, MasaHY takes a fresh look at a 2022 collaboration with Jamaican vocalist Soosmooth.

“Tropical Love (Remix)” is the new single from MasaHY, released worldwide via all major streaming services on December 15, 2023. The track opens on a funky electro-pop groove. The singer steps to the mic for a smooth Caribbean serenade. It’s a chilled scene of island vibes and retro dance/pop synths.
