Amadour is an emerging independent recording artist who made their solo professional recording debut in February of this year with the single “Two Hand Holding Me”. That track introduced a talented singer, songwriter and pianist with a distict and timeless sound. Performing solo on vocal and piano, they spin classic Hollywood-inspired ballads and cinematic torch songs.

Growing up in Sparks, Nevada, Amadour was inspired by a diverse roster of iconic artists including Queen, Dalida, Frank Sinatra, and the singer/songwriters of the 1960s and 70s “golden era.” With songs that tackle themes of love, young adulthood, and self-kindness, the singer conjures an immediately familiar yet entirely unique aesthetic. The artist recently followed that first single with a brand new EP.

“Western Movie Dream” is the title track and current single from Amadour’s debut 5-song EP, released worldwide via all major streaming services on April 21, 2023. The artist’s signature movie-house piano opens the track with jazzy melody harmonized in seventh chords. On the mic, the singer offers a romantic escape fantasy told in dramatic Broadway style.
