KalleFORnia Surferboy made his professional solo recording debut in 2022 with the single “Daisy”. That track introduced emerging singer, songwriter and producer Kalle Pascal.  Often accompanied only by his ukulele, the self-described “shy kid” pairs a unique stripped-down lo-fi sound with a deeply personal songwriting style.

Since his debut, the prolific KalleFORnia SurferBOY has released  seven singles as well as the 5-song EP Stories From The Soul. As a vocalist he alternates between a conversational monologue and a deep and soulful tenor. Lyrically, he tells observational tales about his own life and the lives of those he meets along the way. 

“Disney Channel ” is the latest single from KalleFORnia SurferBOY, released worldwide via all major streaming services on January 17, 2023. The track is the singer’s first release of the new year, and also his first to be performed on piano.  The melancholy ballad tells the story of his childhood dreams of being a Disney Channel television star. It is a moving and emotional soliloquy that echoes the experience of kids everywhere, trying to find their place in the world.
