Movie Review:
Vijay Sethupathi’s attempt to maintain the role of Rambo with his performance is good. However, it seemed new to Vijay Sethupathi as Lover Boy. Maybe it’s because of watching Vijay Sethupathi till now. it’s hard to digest as a Lover Boy. In the emotional scenes, Vijay Sethupathi’s performance in the climax is good. Although the characters of Samantha and Nayantara are new, the way they are shaped on the screen is not impressive. Nayantara tried to do justice to the role of Samantha and Kanhani to the role of Katija. The story was weak and the character design was poor and their attempt to impress with their performance was not very fruitful. They have become too routine as they do not show much emotion in their roles. The character of cricketer Sreesanth is also plain.
When it comes to the performance of technical departments .. cinematography does not seem to be great. When it comes to songs. Too, two other songs are in Anirudh style. The lack of strong scenes also makes BGM seem elevated. The rest of the sections feel the same. Construction values are also only marginal. Almond, the pistachio episode is somewhat fun. Dialogues like why the hot box is hot for dried idly. Rambo Katija is a simple film about love, emotions, and a triangular love story. The film manages to entertain as well as inform. No matter the raw material needed for a good emotional movie .. the feeling of not being able to make it into a perfect movie is finally caused. The fact that there are star heroes and heroines is one factor that influences making the movie worth watching. The rest of the things are not as motivating as watching a big movie. So if you can’t think of anything on the weekend .. you can go to the theater and check out how you feel.
