“Acharya” starring Chiranjeevi and Charan under the direction of Koratala Shiva was released today. Almost three years later, with the release of Chiranjeevi’s film, a festive atmosphere prevailed in the two Telugu states. There were huge expectations of this movie from the beginning. The film unit was informed during the film promotions that Koratala Shiva was miraculously screened without falling short of those expectations. At the same time, the trailer, the songs, and the huge sets all raised expectations for the film. As usual, Chiranjeevi did justice to the role of “Acharya”. But “Acharya” was not a strong story and the approach was largely unsuccessful. Pooja Hedge and Kajal look so beautiful on the screen.
