Story
To find the long-held mystery treasure of Amaravati town, a corrupt police officer Srimannarayana enters the town. He has to get past a gang of dacoits and clan leader Jayarama on the way to unravel the missing loot.

The official trailer of the film got released on 27 November 2019 in all five languages unveiled by stars of the respective industry. The four-minute promo showed a glimpse into the world of ASN. By the release of the trailer, it became trending in all the languages. It also raised the expectations of fans and many eyebrows in other industries too.

Avane Srimannarayana began production almost three years ago. Initially, ASN was supposed to be released during December 2017. Due to production delays, the film release got postponed many times. Finally, it was announced that the movie will be released during Christmas 2019. The release date got locked as 27 December 2019 in all five languages. Then the makers changed strategy and decided to release individual versions on different dates. The Kannada version will release on the initial date, 27 December 2019. The Telugu dubbed version on 1 January 2020, Tamil and Malayalam version on 3 January 2020, and in Hindi on 17 January 2020.
Review – Avane Srimannarayana Movie Review
Avane Srimannarayana is the most anticipated movie of the year and has finally hit screens today with exclusive premiere across Bangalore city yesterday night. ASN is simply outstanding with its brilliant writing, quirky one-liners, and thumping background music. The main hero is the writing team of the seven odds headed by Rakshit Shetty for breaking the usual stereotypes & giving a new experience. Director Sachin Ravi has crafted every frame with perfection. Another hero of the movie has to be B. Ajaneesh Loknath for his mesmerizing background score, which will stay for a long time. The songs by the duo are peppy too. Karm Chawla has made the movie much more grandeur with his breathtaking visuals.
Coming to the performances, Rakshit Shetty is in full form as he completely excels as a quirky cop with his comedy timing. Shanvi shines in her role as Lakshmi as a beauty with brains. Balaji Manohar and Pramod Shetty are a complete revelation elevating the movie to a new level. Every actor has wholly done justice to their role. The movie-length may be an issue for some but can be unnoticed for telling a story of period fantasy. Producers Pushkara Mallikarjunaiah and H.K Prakash have not compromised a single frame of the movie. The whole team’s 3-year effort is seen on screen.
Overall, Avane Srimannarayana is one blockbuster movie that will be a milestone in the Kannada film industry. The perfection in writing, the brilliant dialogues with comic one-liners, grandeur in the making with ample thrills, and entertaining while watching is what the audience wants, and ASN definitely fulfills this list. Avane Srimannarayana is undoubtedly a movie not to be missed and will be enjoyed by everyone in the family.
