Mental Block - fear of employing staff

I've worked in an agency environment for close to 10 yearsMy clients are happy with the quality of my work, since I've been doing it for so longI'm finding clients on the side (after work) for $2000/m which is taking approx 20 hours per week of my time, the relationship is for about 3-6 months on averageI'm quite good at the services I provide for my clients, and I'm at the point where I can do most of it in a robotic way without thinking (down to how fast I type on the keyboard and move the mouse)I'd love for someone else to be able to do the work while I check their work and find more clientsThings that are holding me backI can't afford a full timer, I'm assuming someone that wants the part time work won't be as good as myselfI'm selling myself as a brand, the client understand that I'll be doing the work, I'm afraid the client won't be happy to pay the high fees if someone else is doing the workI don't have a place for my employee to work, I think "what if they make a mistake, it won't be professional" or - what if they steal my client? These must be very common concerns for a first time business ownerMy goal is to grow to 10 clients by the end of next year, and just selling the service and meeting with clients (which I enjoy the most) via /r/Entrepreneur https://ift.tt/3b770Wa
