Expressway has heard through the grapevine that Sigma is releasing a line of vintage-inspired lenses called “Classic Primes“. Sigma achieves this by starting with the original optical designs of the Sigma Cine Primes and modifying the coating formula to create warm tones with pleasant flares and light veiling. The coating is limited to the front and rear elements while the internal elements remain uncoated to achieve the Classic look.
