London booking platform joins forces with Health and Fitness Education to promote activity throughout lockdown Prolific London

eCommerce booking platform fibodo has united with Health and Fitness Education (HFE) for its fit4thefight initiative, which is aimed at letting fitness professionals continue to work and keep the nation healthy during lockdown.

The fit4thefight campaign was launched by Fibodo to support grassroots fitness professionals during the current national health emergency. Waiving its usual £9.99 monthly subscription fee for all fitness professionals during the pandemic, fibodo intends for trainers to be able to meet the UK’s growing demand for online fitness sessions.

Leading supplier of fitness courses HFE will now promote the fit4thefight campaign and grant free access to fibodo to all their qualified and student trainers. HFE will also list courses on fibodo’s directory, giving new entrants to the fitness industry the ability to access courses and begin operating their business.

The fibodo eCommerce and business platform will also be introduced to HFE’s qualified and training instructors to enable them to commercialise their skills.

Anthony Franklin, Founder and CEO at fibodo, said: “I’m delighted to add HFE as a partner and welcome their qualified and in-training fitness professionals to fibodo and fit4thefight. The fibodo platform allows personal trainers and instructors to digitise their business within minutes. We look forward to working with HFE to make sure their fitness professionals get all the required tools to engage their clients in these difficult circumstances and secure their digital futures.”

Josh Douglas-Walton, Marketing Manager at HFE, said: “Giving our graduates access to a cutting edge eCommerce platform which allows them to build and grow their business digitally is game-changing. We aim to help increase industry standards and empower our graduates to make a lasting difference to people’s lives.

“A large proportion of fitness classes are viewed online, but fibodo will give our fitness professionals the ability to commercialise both interactive 1-2-1 and group fitness sessions with increased visibility.”
