CHENNAI: Valli Arunachalam, a fourth-technology Family Members member at the Murugappa team, and other promoter spouse and children associates have buried the hatchet. Following a practically 3-year-old fracas, the team is presenting her a board representation in Ambadi Investments, an unlisted holding company. The AGM of the business is scheduled for September 21. Arunachalam experienced alleged gender discrimination for trying to keep her out of the affairs of the company just after her father died. Arunachalam, her sister and her mother were bequeathed a stake of more than 8% in Ambadi Investments on the demise of her father M V Murugappan in September 2017.
