Akkineni Nagarjuna’s new film ‘Manmadhudu 2’ has been launched today in Hyderabad. The team has conducted puja and officially launched the movie with a muhurtam shot. Amala, Naga Chaitanya, Nag’s sister Naga Suseela etc. attended the opening ceremony.

Actor turned director Rahul Ravindran is the director of the movie. Nagarjuna is producing the movie under Annapurna Studios banner. Rakul Preet Singh is the heroine of this movie. ‘Manmadhudu 2’ is a sequel to the super hit film ‘Manmadhudu’ starring Nagarjuna. It was released in 2002 and it is still regarded as a classic in Nagarjuna’s career. K. Vijaya Bhaskar directed the film Trivikram Srinivas penned the story and dialogues.
The sequel also will be a romantic entertainer. Rahul Ravindran said to have penned a hilarious script which suits the image of Nagarjuna. We all know that Rahul Ravindra has impressed everybody with his debut film ‘Chi La Sow’ starring Sushanth. We have to wait and see whether Rahul Ravindran can repeat the magic of the original or not.
