Akshay Kumar, who is riding high on the success of Housefull 4 and Good Newwz, is currently working on his next project, Bachchan Pandey.  The movie is a remake of the Tamil film Veeram.

The actor released the first look of the film Bachchan Pandey after moving the release date of the movie upon Aamir Khan’s request.  Aamir Khan posted he had a conversation requesting the makers of Bachchan Pandey and Akshay Kumar to move their release date as it would otherwise clash with his movie Laal Singh Chaddha.  This Aamir Khan starrer is a remake of the Hollywood film Forrest Gump.

Akshay Kumar obliged to Aamir Khan’s request and later retweeted with a reply saying they are all friends and shared a new look and new release date of Bachchan Pandey.

Bachchan Pandey is now slated for release on January 22nd, 2021.
