Chhalaang is a movie produced by Luv Ranjan and directed by Hansal Mehta.  Ajay Devgn, who is riding high on the success of his movie Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, is one of the producers of Chhalaang.

This movie will star Rajkummar Rao and Nushrat Bharucha in the lead roles.  Rajkummar Rao plays a physical education teacher at a government school based in a small village.  In Chhalaang, Monty (Rajkummar Rao) does not take his job seriously till events work against him and he realises he needs to get his act together.  He then realises he needs to do his job properly.

This movie aims to address the importance of sports education in a school curriculum.  Rajkummar Rao shared the poster on his Twitter account by saying, “Lambi #Chhalaang ke liye, Lambi Neend Zaroori Hai! (sic.)”
