Bollywood director Rohit Shetty is famous for his movies where the protagonist is a police officer. Rohit previously directed Singham, which saw Ajay Devgn in the lead role. The recently released Simmba, a year ago saw Ranveer Singh play the lead role.
Rohit Shetty’s Simmba completed one year this Saturday and to celebrate the occasion, Ajay Devgn released a teaser for the upcoming film Sooryavanshi, which sees Akshay Kumar in the lead role as a police officer. In a unique twist, all these three universes come together in the teaser that was shared by Ajay Devgn on his official Instagram handle.
The teaser shows the three actors Ajay Devgn (Singham), Ranveer Singh (Simmba) and Sooryavanshi (Akshay Kumar) come together on the same screen. All the three cops seem to be taking on the villians in the teaser.

Minutes after the teaser was released it sent fans into a tizzy and the hashtag #Sooryavanshi started trending on twitter.
Sooryavanshi will be the fourth film in the Rohit Shetty cop universe with the two Singham films and Simmba. The teaser looks promising and the star power of the three actors combined will be enough to kindle curiosity amongst their fans and will draw them to the silver screen.
