Parineeti Chopra is one of those actresses in Bollywood who never shies away from speaking her mind.  The beautiful actress, who turns 31 today, got very candid during a recent interview about how it feels to turn another year older.

Parineeti Chopra revealed she feels she is growing wiser with each passing year and also evolving as a person.  She believes her choice of films this year also changed her perspective as a person. She will portray an alcoholic divorcee in The Girl On The Train and badminton player Saina Nehwal in the biopic Saina.

Parineeti also revealed how her birthday celebrations changed over the years.  Earlier, her birthday was all about partying and celebrating the day. However, this year, she plans to take some time off to reflect on her life.  However, three of her close friends already planned a birthday party for her in Alibag. Parineeti Chopra is planning to cut off from work for 24 hours and enjoy her birthday with her friends and family.

The actress discussed the long running practice of hiding one’s own age in the film industry. Parineeti stated she finds it really ridiculous when people do so and added growing older doesn’t concern her at all.
