Mythic Quest Season 3 Teased in New Exciting Trailer

If you’re a fan of workplace comedies, you’re in for a treat, as Apple TV+ has just released the trailer for the third season of Mythic Quest.

The trailer for Season 3 of Mythic Quest picks up where season 2 ended, revealing that Ian and Poppy have left their old studio to start their own game development company, GrimPop. Meanwhile, those who have remained at Mythic Quest are led by David, and as one can expect, both groups are up to their usual antics.

The comedy series stars Rob McElhenney, Charlotte Nicdao, David Hornsby, Danny Pudi, Ashly Burch, Imani Hakim, Jessie Ennis, with Naomi Ekperigin elevated to series regular in the role of Carol for Season 3. Joe Manganiello, Lindsey Kraft, and Casey Sander turn in guest-starring performances in the third season. Manganiello appears as himself in an episode where he is hired to portray Ian Grimm to the comedic effect you would expect from a show like Mythic Quest.

“In season three, Mythic Quest follows a group of video game developers tasked with building worlds, moulding heroes and creating legends, but the most hard-fought battles don’t occur in the game — they happen in the office,” Apple TV+ noted in a release.

“In season three, as Ian and Poppy navigate the gaming world and their partnership at the newly formed GrimPop Studios, Dana [Imani Hakim] is forced to play mediator to her bosses’ incessant bickering. Back at Mythic Quest, David settles into his new role as the boss where he truly finds himself in charge for the first time with Jo returning as his assistant — more loyal and militant than ever and Carol attempts to figure out where she fits in after a new promotion. At Berkeley, Rachel [Ashly Burch] struggles to balance her morals with capitalism, while a post-prison Brad [Danny Pudi] tries to return to society as a reformed man.”

Season 3 of the show will have 10 episodes. It will premier with the first two episodes on Friday, November 11. There will be a new episode each week after that until January 6. McElhenney, Charlie Day and Megan Ganz co-created the series. The show debuted in 2020.
