Colombo (News 1st) – This morning (August 10) locals in the Vakarai area Batticaloa had observed that a giant tusker was nearing death. When the locals visited the site again this evening, the elephant had breathed its last and sadly the Tusks had been Sheared off and taken away by an unknown group.
