2). Sr. Assistant (Accounts): 09 Posts.
3). Jr. Executive (Common Cadre): 237 Posts.
4). Jr. Executive (Finance): 66 Posts.
5). Jr. Executive (Fire Service): 3 Posts.
6). Jr. Executive (Law): 18 Posts.
Salary:
· Rs.40000-3%-140000 for Junior Executive (Group B: E-1).
· Rs.36000-3%-110000 for Senior Assistant [Group-C: NE-6].
· Rs.31000-3%-92000 for Junior Assistant [Group-C: NE-4].
EMOLUMENTS: As per AAI Rules, in addition to basic pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of basic salary, HRA, and other benefits such as CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, and so on are acceptable.
The annual CTC for the post of Junior Executive would be about Rs. 13 lakhs, Rs. 11.5 lakhs for the post of Senior Assistant, and Rs. 10 lakhs for the post of Junior Assistant.
Eligibility Criteria for Applying
Age Restrictions (as of 04-09-2023):
· Maximum Age for Junior and Senior Assistants: 30 Years
· The maximum age for a Junior Executive is 27 years old.
Age relaxation is permitted under the guidelines.
Educational Qualification: The educational criteria for different posts are as follows:
1). For Jr. Assistant (Office): Those who have completed their Graduation degree can apply for this post.
2). For Sr. Assistant (Accounts): Graduate under B.Com stream + 2 Yrs. Exp.
3). Jr. Executive (Common Cadre): Any Graduation Degree.
4). Jr. Executive (Finance): B.Com + ICWA/ CA/ MBA in Finance.
5). Jr. Executive (Fire Service): B.Tech (Related Field).
6). Jr. Executive (Law): Degree in Law (LLB)
Fee for Application
· AAI Apprenticeships/SC/ST/PWD/Female have to pay the NIL application fee.
· Rs. 1000/- for all other candidates.
