· Flying Branch: 10 Posts.
· Ground Duty(Technical): 130 Posts.
· Ground Duty (Non-Technical): 118 Posts.
2. NCC Special Entry (Flying): 10% of the Seats.
Eligibility Criteria for applying AFCAT Exam 2023
Age Bond: The age criteria for applying different duties are as follow:
· Age Criteria for Flying Branch: Applicants must have age between 20 years to 24 years for applying. Candidates born between 02-01-2000 to 01-01-2004 (both dates inclusive)
· Age Criteria for Ground Duty: Applicants who have age between 20 years to 26 years can apply. Candidates born between 02-01-1998 to 01-01-2004 (both dates inclusive).
Education Criteria: The education criteria for applying different profile are as follow:
1. AFCAT Entry:
· For Flying Brach: Applicants who have completed their Graduation degree in any stream, must have Physics and Mathematics in 10+2 Class. Those who have completed their BE/B.Tech degree can also apply.
· For Ground Duty (Technical): Those who have completed their Engineering degree in the Aeronautical Engineering stream can apply for these posts.
· For Ground Duty (Non-Technical): Graduation degree in any stream can apply.
2. AFCAT NCC Special Entry:
· For Flying Branch: Must have NCC Air Wing Senior Division ‘C” Certificate.
How much is the Application fee to be paid for applying for AFCAT EXAM 2022?
· Those who are wishing to apply for the AFCAT Entry have to pay Rs.250 application fee amount.
· Those who are going to apply for the NCC Entry have to pay the NIL Application fee amount.
Mode of Payment: You have to pay the application fee using the following online modes: “Debit, Credit, Net Banking, E Challan”.
