Happy Easter Everybody!
I am having my nephew for the weekend... so that is nice!
We will probably go to the park and feed the ducks and take candy for a walk with us. We might go out to the restaurant for breakfast or pie and coffee. We will see. I am pretty sure we will go to a church service - but remains to see which one we go to, as he wants to go to one, and I want to go to another.
Its beautiful out right now -- sunny, slight breeze, and fresh. I am hoping for a shower later though to water the grass and flowers (and wash my car) haha.
We are having a full Pink Moon this weekend. I sat outside last night after dark because it was quite comfortably warm here last night and watched the pink moon come up over the horizon and gently lift up towards the middle of the sky when I decided it was time to go to bed. It was really lovely to see. Glad there were no clouds in the way or rain as one person said that stopped them from seeing it on April 19, 2019. I will hope to see it again tonight and see if it is a darker pink than yesterday.
Its passover or Easter weekend. Some people will be at the park with their kids hiding and finding easter eggs. My neighbor does that for her grandchildren in her back yard. When we were kids they would hide eggs as big as your head and made from chocolate in the house. In cupboards (high up) and drawers - under the bed etc for us to find. Inside would be about 4 individual chocolates in brown and gold wrappers. The outside covered in very thin colored foil with pictures of bunnies and chicks and things. That was very exciting for us kids.
Find your Easter bonnet and get outside and enjoy this lovely springtime!
