After showing her unmatchable talent in the Bollywood industry, the dhak-dhak girl Madhuri Dixit is all set make her debut in Marathi film industry. On the occasion of Makar- Sankranti the actress had shared the first poster of her film titled “Bucket List” on Instagram with a caption: And here is the first look of my first #मराठी film “बकेट लिस्ट “ माझी, तुमची.. आपल्या सगळ्यांची! तिळगुळ घ्या, गोड गोड बोला !! #SankrantiSurprise भेटुया लवकरंच! @bucketlist_film

The poster which has gained lot of popularity since its release as it features Madhuri Dixit in a traditional green sari, a round red bindi and a mangalsutra. Madhuri had earlier said, “It is a story of every household yet, it has a silver lining. It not only gives you hope and inspiration but also encourages you to live life in the true sense. The most fascinating factor for me to choose it is that it is going to carve a niche in everyone’s heart”.

Directed by Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar, “Bucket List” has been described as “a slice-of-life film about a woman’s journey of self-discovery”. Besides starring in Bucket List, Madhuri has also signed on as a producer for another upcoming Marathi film directed by Swapnaneel Jayakar.
“Marathi cinema is evolving so beautifully and seeing such incredible stories being told makes me beam with pride,” Madhuri had earlier said, adding, “I have received a number of scripts over the years since doing a Marathi film was always something I was open to. But the scripts didn’t excite me as this one did. When I read this script, it stood out and with the amazing team behind it, I knew that this is what I wanted to be a part of.”
“Bucket List” has been produced by DAR Motion Pictures, Dark Horse Cinemas and Blue Mustang Creations. The film will be hitting the screens this summer. Meanwhile, Madhuri Dixit is prepping for “Total Dhamaal”, which went on floors last week.
