Muraina, Soliu, Sharafa Alli, Teslim Folarin bids Lasunsi farewell.

The All Progressives Congress candidates from Ibarapa central/north Federal constituency and Oyo south senatorial district Hon. Dr Muraina Ajibola, Senator Sharafa Alli, Senator Teslim Folarin and Lawal Soliu have paid tribute to the late leader of the party High Chief Silas  Okunlola Lasunsi.

Until his death, Lasunsi was the topmost leader of the APC in the senatorial district. He was also the first chairman of the defunct ibarapa local government, Baba ijo of Methodist Church and Mogaji of Idere land.

Accompanied by party faithfuls, Oloye Teslim Folarin the governorship candidate of the APC reiterated the importance of gracing the late leader’s final burial. “Apart from being our leader in the APC, he was an astute community leader and peacemaker. His impacts during the reconciliation talks we held can not be measured. We will miss him more”. We pray that God give us the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Hon. Muraina Ajibola- the house of representative candidate of the APC ibarapa central/north federal constituency also thank God for the life well spent, and pray that God should give all of us a pleasant sojourn in this world, and a peaceful rest in paradise in the hereafter.

Shortly after leaving the funeral ceremony of the political sage, Muraina and Lawal Soliu also went to igangan (the hometown of Lawal Soliu- state assembly candidate of the APC) to pay visit to the late Asigangan’s family (Oba Azeez Adeoye) as they celebrated the funeral ceremony of the late monarch yesterday.
