IPPIS Data Capture/Verification And Enrollment Form 2018: FG Announces Commencement of Civil Servant Verification Exercise.
About IPPIS: The Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System is an Information Communications Technology (ICT) project initiated by the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll administration for its Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced the commencement of physical verification exercise for all government workers on the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS). The IPPIS Verification exercise has been scheduled to start on Monday, 16th July 2018, to enable FG employees benefits on the IPPIS payment system.

The Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, has called on all government workers to complete and update their data online through the IPPIS portal. She further explained that the verification exercise is to authenticate the documents of government workers as well as having their documents scanned into the system.
For this reason, we have provided a detailed guide to enable government workers to participate in the Ippis data capture and verification exercise. All interested candidates should follow the procedure listed below to register successfully and login to the IPPIS portal.

Procedures for IPPIS Data Capture/Verification And Enrollment Form 2018
Before starting the registration exercise, make sure you have your IPPIS Number and Registration Token. Those who fail to register within the stipulated time will have their data deleted from the Federal Government Employee Database/Payslip.
- Visit IPPIS Enrolment Portal/Website on (verification.ippis.gov.ng) or (registration.ippis.gov.ng)
- Enter your IPPIS Number and Registration Token in the space provided.
- Makes sure your fill in your details accurately
- Proceed to download the application form if you are yet to register
- Click the Login button or Check MDA Status when done.
How to Register for IPPIS:
- Click the Register Button on the top right corner of the page to register
- You are required to have the following available for registration (my Ippis number and registration token)
- To complete the registration, make sure you fill the registration form.
- After registration, you will be required to activate your account by clicking on the link sent to your email
- Log in with your email and password.
