The two main and big films are going to be released on Jan 10. The two big films are Superstar Rajinikanth’s Petta and Thala Ajith’s Viswasam. The Petta is produced by Sun Pictures and Viswasam is produced by Sathya Jyothi films. The Petta is promoting the film by new promos from the film.

Thala Ajith’s Viswasam film is made a small cut in the film. In this film, the 4 minutes footage will be removed in London release. The Viswasam film is censored a U certificate and approved as a family entertainer by CBFC India. But, this film is also releasing in London and it’s surrounded places. So, BBFC has Re-verified the film and they asked to remove the particular scenes in the film which is 4 minutes in duration. They BBFC has said that the film has some violence and some injuries which will affect this for the people. So, the British version of Viswasam movie will be slightly different from the Indian Version.
The Viswasam is also promoting all the media platforms than the Petta movie. The Petta team is not much interested in more promotion of the film. Karthik Subburaj is believing the content of the film. so, surely this will be a tuff competition in the theatres. Also, the Superstar Rajinikanth is there in the film.

Viswasam team is handling different tactics against the Petta movie already, the Viswasam’s satellite rights are bagged by the Sun networks. So, they are using to broadcast the Viswasam movie for this Tamil new year. So, Viswasam team has to be gross the collection before the Tamil new year. Viswasam team is using new promos and some of the promotion works.
But for the Sun networks, this will be a profit on both the films. Petta film has huge star casts like Simran, Trisha, Sasikumar, Bobby Simha, Vijay Sethupathi, Nawaszuddin Siddique. Viswasam will be a perfect mass and emotional entertainer. Music for the Petta film is Rockstar Anirudh and for Viswasam film is D.Imman.
