When has South Korea ever disappointed us?

‘K’ is in trend, and the same goes for Korean food. Especially if that restaurant is in Korea itself and serves authentic local cuisine. Gaon is one of two restaurants awarded three stars in the inaugural Michelin guide to Seoul for 2017.

The flavors are rich, and you sure will not forget that heavenly sensation on your taste buds for a long time.

Le Palais is a luxury restaurant in Taiwan. It is the type of restaurant that looks straight out of a multi-budget movie. Le Palais is a Michelin 3-star eatery, so you can only imagine the type of service the guests receive here. This restaurant specializes in exotic Cantonese cuisine like egg custard tarts and more. Next on the list, we have Ultraviolet.  The standards and expectations of the restaurants match well with their unique name. This restaurant is located in Shanghai and is single-table. That means it only serves 20 dinners a night, and the interior looks like a bunker with no windows. However, it is one of the most innovative bunkers with some finger-licking 20 course European-style meals, making it one of the most delectable experiences you will have in Michelin-star restaurants in Asia! It was developed by French chef Paul Pairet and the VOL Group.

The restaurant is three Michelin star.

Tsuta has a ticketing system. Why, you ask? Well, because it is that good! Tsuta is a restaurant in Japan, and you know Japan is popular for its exquisite food. Tsuta is renowned for many dishes, but its ramen tops the chart. The place dons a Michelin-star.. Tsuta is very tiny in size and serves only nine people at a time. Because of the limited supply, the demand is always rising. Regardless, the wait to have food here is worth it!

Macau’s The 8 is also it’s first and only restaurant to be awarded with three Michelin stars consecutively for 9 years!

This restaurant is one of its kind and can show some real dedication to the variety of Chinese food. It is in one of the fanciest buildings in Macau. The menu serves over 400 Chinese dishes! All in all, you probably will need an hour just to choose a dish among them all!
