‌Kimchi Korean

Kimchi is a staple in Korean cuisine and a traditional side dish of salted and fermented vegetables. These usually include napa cabbage and Korean radish, etc. and is also used in a variety of soups. Kimchi is great for improving intestinal health and supports the immune system. Kimchi helps better the levels of good bacteria and is great when dealing with constipation and diarrhoea. It’s super healthy and readily available.

‌Bibimbap

Bimbimap is a Korean rice dish. “Bibim” refers to mixing various ingredients and “bap” refers to rice. It is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul, kimchi and gochujang, soy sauce, or doenjang. Bibimbap is great when it comes to excreting and burning unwanted fats. It has bulgogi in the bowl which offers protein and a yummy meaty taste.

‌Tteokbokki are rice paste rolls that are super spicy. Understand it as a kind of pancake made with ‘special’ flour. You can add anything to it like kimchi, seafood or vegetables. It uses beef and vegetables as well at times but general tteokbokki uses fish cake, green onions and boiled egg. This dish is loved, exists in variety and is historically significant as well!

Saving the best for the last, Sanggiopsal is a Korean BBQ. There are multiple restaurants specialized in Sanggiopsal, You can cook your own meat  and you can mix it with kimchi, lettuce and vegetables and what not. It is one of the most popular dishes and an absolute delight.
