Sauvignon Blanc

This wine originates from Bordeaux and the Loire Valley in France and is mainly known for its herbaceous flavors. It is made from green grapes and has an earthy flavor. It goes well with herbs like rosemary, parsley, mint, basil and cilantro. It goes well with Crottin, a type of goat cheese, fish, chicken, turkey and most seafood. You can pair it with tangy food like tarts, scallops and grapefruit.
