Are you dreaming up hot and sexual stuff about someone else who you’re not dating? You may be mortified, and not really sure why this is happening, but whether or not you are actually lusting after that person, it’s natural to have these hot dreams that bring out some fantasies. The more you try to run and deny, the more you’ll subconsciously end up thinking about it. So, enjoy the dreams, but try not to act on them.

If you’re dreaming or thinking about someone else, why not use the same scenarios to heat up things with your lover? You’re worried that your thoughts are all leading you to only one possible outcome – that you are about to cheat. But what if you take the same thoughts and apply them to your relationship with your lover? Why not try some of those dirty things with your Lover instead and build on the love?

Don’t Run Away

And by this we mean, don’t run away from the thoughts that are going on in your mind, or from the person who is causing these thoughts. The more you run, the more it will get you. If this is a friend or colleague who you often end up meeting, don’t suddenly start avoiding it altogether, but limit it as much as you can. Also, since you already know you’re having these thoughts, acknowledge them and ask yourself what you can add in your own relationship, or how you can change things with your lover a bit so that it can give you the pleasure or thrill you’re seeking outside.

Having thoughts about someone else is natural, especially since you may be in close proximity to so many people. But if you’re really trying to be with your lover, and don’t want to stray, try these, and do share any other tips that may have helped you as well.
