If you often suffer from heartburn due to indigestion, mix one tsp apple cider vinegar and one tsp honey in a glass of warm water and have half an hour before meal time.

Spray this on the scalp, massage in, wrap in a towel and let it sit for about half an hour to an hour. Rinse off the way you normally do. Do once or twice a week for best results.
The antibacterial properties of apple cider vinegar kill the acne causing bacteria, while lactic and malic acid will exfoliate your skin, removing dead skin cells and making your skin soft.
