Yesterday, Operatives of Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command‏ arrested a 27 year old Road Union member who had ‘134 wraps of Indian Hemp’ packaged in drug sachets with him in Oshodi.

According to the suspect, Tayo Ayoade, even men dressed up in suits and ties patronize him.
