A beneficial flowering herb that is useful for delaying periods. It is also great for treating hormonal problems in women. Add two-three drops in water and blend it. This must be consumed for at least ten days for effective results.

# Gelatin

Other than making delicious jelly and desserts, gelatin is useful for reducing the estrogen level in a woman’s body as it contains collagen. You can consume it prior to your menstrual date to delay the periods. Consume it with hot water and your periods may be delayed for four to five hours. This is one of the emergency solutions for delaying periods.

# Watermelon

Watermelon has cooling properties that can reduce Body Heat. These features help to delay your menstrual cycle. The tropical climate can mess with our body heat, which induces periods.  Watermelon can soothe your body heat and can help to beat menstrual syndromes.
