Katy Perry has revealed the list of requests included in her Australian Tour Rider.
Speaking to the Herald Sun, the Swish Swish singer, 33, described her Rider as ‘boring’, while providing a list of of fruits, vegetables and health drinks she asks venue staff to provide for her on tour.
According to the songstress, her rider includes ‘fruits and vegetables, hummus and Kombucha’.

‘And apple cider vinegar. You’d think it would be too acidic for your voice, but it’s a great body balancer,’ she explained.
Katy does yoga on the afternoon of every show, before being joined by her entourage for a group meditation session.
‘Then a prayer circle with my band and dancers before hitting the stage.’

Based on earlier reports, including a TMZ exposé, it’s possible the pop star was offering a brief summary of her rider to News Corp on Thursday.
In 2014, TMZ reportedly obtained Katy’s rider from the Las Vegas New Year’s Eve concert she performed at the end of that year.
‘Her demands for backstage catering read like a farmer’s market shopping list,’ the publication alleged.

It was alleged that Katy required ‘fresh cut crudites’ to be waiting in her Caesar’s Palace dressing room.
Hummus did appear on the list, as does fermented grapes, Pinot Grigio and Argentine Malbec.
