Ankita Lokhande is an Indian television actress who is best known for her role of Archana in the daily soap Pavitra Rishta which aired on Zee TV. She made her television debut with Zee Cine Stars Ki Khoj (Season 1) which was a popular talent-hunt show. She was one of the participant in the show.
Ankita Lokhande was born on 19 December 1984 in Indore into a Maharashtrian family. In 2008, she was chosen to play the female lead in NDTV Imagine's Bali Umar Ko Salaam opposite Jay Soni but due to some unknown reasons, the show never went on air. Ankita came into limelight for her role of Archana in the daily soap Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV.
Ankita Lokhande is not highly educated as she was desperate to make her career in acting. She left studies and went to Mumbai in 2005 and finally got the debut in 2009 with Pavitra Rishta.
