Mrs India 2017 – South Edition
Mrs India, India’s one and only National Pageant for married woman hosted Mrs India South 2017 which was organised from 21st to 24th Apr 2017 by Mrs Deepali Phadnis, Director Mrs India Pageants and Productions Pvt Ltd, at Radisson Blu, City Centre, Chennai. 20 Contestants participated in the Pageant organised in two categories- Mrs India South-2017 for contestants below 40 and Classic Mrs India South-2017 for contestants above 40 years.
Contestants competed in Talent Round, Fitness Round and Interviews. They were also put through various training sessions and workshops on etiquettes, SWOT analysis, Skin & Hair care, choreography, Odissi dance and the like besides making their profiles in Photo and Video shoots. Four days of event with beautiful contestants from different States of North India dazzled Mrs India North with their Beauty, Talent, Glamour and Culture. Beauty in diversity was showcased in many forms representing the contestant’s state and culture.
Grand Finale was held on 23rd Apr with a grand opening performance by all contestants which took the eyes and hearts to another world. It was followed by walking the ramp in their beautiful traditional and fitness attires, and, the beautiful Evening Gowns, which became even more wonderful as soon as the poised ladies took the stage by the storm.
10 contestants were selected as Finalists, who were put through a Question-Answer round. They were made to formulate and articulate reply to one question posed to everyone. Finally, winners were announced and crowned. Top three were crowned in Mrs India South-2017 and Classic Mrs India South-2017 category each. Official website of Mrs India is https://www.MrsIndia.net
