President Muhammadu Buhari said on Tuesday in Abuja that all the Osborne Culpable, scandals of assets recovering from Ikoyi, were responsible for their actions and properly punished.
Buhari said that when he received the report of the Presidential Review Panel on the operational, technical and administrative structure of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) in the State House.
