The federal government has opened national consultations with leaders of the opinion to end the ongoing conflict between farmers and pastors.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo opened a dialogue with the advent of some of Adamawa traditional leaders in the Abuja State House.
The meeting was the result of his visit to Adamawa on December 5, following a clash between farmers and shepherds in the region.
The meeting was held by Emir Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II; Adamawa Lamido, Muhammad Barkindo Mustapha; Ahmed Joda and the other leaders of the tyrannical community.
