I am beyond excited to share with everyone that Hubilo recently raised $4.5 Million as part of its seed round from Lightspeed India and global angels.

As Hubilo embarks the journey to become the world’s first Intelligent Hub for Virtual Events, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come on-board and support us in our vision.

In contrast to its competitors, at Hubilo we are creating a ‘system of record’ for virtual events that will facilitate attendee engagement through gamification and also provide insights to event organizers, exhibitors and sponsors via deep integrations with Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot and others. 

It is no surprise that this unique selling point has convinced many customers to switch to our platform, including notable brands like the United Nations, Roche, Informa Markets, Tech In Asia, George P Johnson, Fortune and GITEX, proliferating Hubilo’s presence to the US, EMEA and APAC markets.

Hubilo pivoted in the month of February, when revenues across the industry reached a rock-bottom as physical events got cancelled due to COVID-19 and the resultant travel restrictions. Since then Hubilo’s growth has spearheaded upwards, with the team size increasing by 4x and the virtual event platform experiencing more than 32x growth in top line, despite minimal marketing spend.

While the revenue growth has been phenomenal, what excites us most is re-imagining the marketing stack that will emerge around virtual events and unlocking massive value for key stakeholders such as CMOs, event organizers, sponsors and exhibitors.
