New Delhi (India), January 13:At Four Square Hotels, Gaurav will be leading the dynamic team to sustain the group’s positioning and will be driving better revenue management and a higher yield. Gaurav brings with him over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry and has led more than 4 properties as a GM for the last 8 years.

Gaurav, as a GM, has shown tremendous effort in managing four-star hotels and large-scale resorts. He also proved his efficiency in more than 04 pre-opening properties and has been in a leading role for the last 8 years of his career. In his last assignment, he worked as a Corporate General Manager in Blue Blocks Hospitality, opening a hotel in Salt Lake in month of October 2022 and managing a few in the group. His experience is enhanced by his Master in Hotel Management, PGDP in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and PGDP in Corporate Law from Symbiosis University, Pune. He stands tall with his vast exposure in handling various union movements and crucial financial moments of crisis. He has got a good knowledge of industry trends and has got a proven track record in his career. Gaurav is also a THSC-certified hospitality trainer and a life neuro coach and has imparted training at many reputed Hotel Management Schools as a visiting faculty.

He said: “I am very much excited to be a part of such an emerging group of the hotel chain. At present, the group is operational with 02 hotels in New Digha- Four Square Holidayz(71 keys) and Four Square Lite(29 keys). However, soon we will be operational with another 02 properties – Four Square Sea View(73 keys) and Four Square Stayz, Kolkata(30 keys) along with 01 resort in the pipeline. The MD of the group, Mr Uday Shaw, has entrusted me with many responsibilities, and I hope will perform accordingly.

My focus will be on providing quality service to all our guests and providing them with a better experience, increasing the brand value and increasing the group’s presence in Eastern India along with a steady growth of profitability. As a Certified Innovation Management Professional, I will bring new ideas and implement new SOPs in the group to develop the business in a new horizon.

Gaurav Goswami also bears a separate identity. He is also a renowned martial arts coach and a FIT India Ambassador of the FIT India Mission of the Govt. of India. After office hours, he loves to spend his time coaching martial arts to his students.
