Yes, there is a Village in Iran where people live in rock nests rather than actual brick and cement houses. 

Kandovan is an unusual ancient village in east Azarbaijan, near the city of Tabriz, Iran. This village is famous for its majestic rocky houses. These houses are a result of many volcanic eruptions. These rocky architectures look like nests or hives. 

The village is registered on Iran’s National Heritage List and has a global reputation for being the only rocky village in the world that is still inhabited.
